Our service
Khang Travel designs personalised travel itineraries and coordinates travel arrangements on behalf of our clients. All proposals are tailored to the individual and are not fixed packages.

Proposals and bookings
All proposals are prepared free of charge and without obligation. A booking is confirmed only upon written agreement from both parties and receipt of the agreed deposit.

Pricing and payments
All prices are confirmed in writing before any booking is finalised. No additional costs will be added after confirmation without your explicit approval.

Changes and cancellations
Changes to a confirmed booking may be possible depending on supplier conditions. Cancellation terms vary per booking and will be communicated clearly at the time of confirmation.

Liability
Khang Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events, supplier changes, or natural disasters. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all journeys.
